Refund Policy: All items are final sale, please shop with confidence.

Personalized/Custom jewelry warranty: We will now be offering a 6 month warranty on our personalized/custom jewelry orders. If your jewelry tarnishes or breaks due to normal wear and tear (each item will be reviewed to determine if it qualifies for a one-time replacement) we will issue you a one-time replacement of the exact same item. You can not modify or change the type of jewelry it is. You will be responsible for covering the shipping to return the item back to us and the shipping for the replacement item. The warranty starts the day you receive your order in the mail, so please send us an email when your initial order arrives so we can enroll you into the warranty program. Be sure to add your name, best contact for you, your order number or some proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces, damaged pieces or pieces with missing parts. Shipping information: Due to recent reports of missing mailed item via USPS, we highly recommend selecting UPS for shipping at checkout to ensure your package is received. We will also require a signature to ensure your package was received by you or an individual within your home. Once we have sent your order, your tracking number and a photo of your order being mailed out, we are NOT responsible for any missing or lost orders. If this situation does occur, we suggest you follow up with the shipping service and submit a missing or lost mail claim.

Depending on where you are on the globe, shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days. For hair extensions please send us an inquiry via the 'Contact Us' page, if you would like same day or next day delivery (depending on your city). Additional fees will be applied.
